To ensure you pay the lowest delivery fee we quote per order. Delivery fees can be complex as they are dependent on weight, bulk and location.
Delivery fees are generally calculated to the ground floor and will usually be higher for CBD locations. We will adjust the delivery fee for deliveries above the ground floor.
Deliveries above the ground floor require either lift or stair access. For large items it is important that an appropriately sized goods lift is available.
If we are installing then our team will deliver to the appropriate location.
